When GOG.com re-released classic games X-Wing and TIE Fighter last October, Star Wars fans were thrilled. After all, these two games are among the best Star Wars games of all time. But fans were left missing other Star Wars favorites like X-Wing Alliance and X-Wing vs. TIE Fighter. Today, GOG.com unveiled “Wave II” of its LucasArts re-release plan, announcing the availability of the complete X-Wing series along with many more classic and popular games.
Available today are these great Star Wars games, some of which are being released digitally for the first time:
- X-Wing Alliance ($9.99)
- X-Wing vs. TIE Fighter ($9.99)
- Star Wars: Galactic Battlegrounds Saga ($5.99)
- Star Wars: Dark Forces ($4.79)
- Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II ($7.99)
- Star Wars: Battlefront II ($7.99)
As with all GOG.com releases, the games have been updated to run on modern versions of Windows and are DRM-free. GOG.com promises that more LucasArts games will be released on Thursday.
