Video game fans have long been able to relive the 1996 classic Super Mario 64 on their computers via a number of legally gray emulators. Now one intrepid young developer is offering fans a full HD remake of the game, powered by the versatile Unity engine.
Many gamers of a certain age are starting to revisit classic games from the 1980s and 1990s, and they want to play these games on the original hardware. French refurbisher Lëkki recognizes this trend and is now selling beautifully restored and repainted classic Nintendo consoles, including the Super Nintendo, Game Boy, and Nintendo 64. But these unique items don’t come cheap.
