iOS 7 Bug Allows Calls to Any Number from Emergency Call Screen

A new bug has been discovered in iOS 7 which allows unauthorized users to make a call to any number on a locked device by using the phone’s Emergency Call feature. Apple is reportedly aware of the issue but there’s no word on when a fix to this potentially serious flaw will be available.

Microsoft: Stick to Non-Interactive Sources for XBox One’s HDMI Input

The Xbox One features an HDMI input to allow video signals to be passed through the console to the TV. While Microsoft will not restrict what sources can be connected to this port, the company says that latency issues will give users a bad experience when connecting interactive sources.
