Windows users finally have their own version of Apple’s Genius Bar. Microsoft’s Answer Desk, found in most Microsoft Retail Stores, will offer users free services like virus removal, software repairs, and tune-ups which normally cost hundreds of dollars elsewhere.
Users who want the complete Office for iPad experience will need an Office 365 subscription, and Microsoft just announced a new way to pick up the $100 per year subscription for free. Starting Friday, iPad owners simply need to bring their device to a Microsoft Retail Store and they’ll receive an Office 365 Home Premium subscription for free.
