Ten Great iOS Apps for Toddlers

Once Upon a Potty

Platforms: iPhone, iPad, iPod touch
Price: $1.99

A digital version of the 1975 classic children’s book, Once Upon a Potty is available in both boy and girl versions. Parents can read to kids or use the built-in narration as the app tells the story of a toddler, his or her mother, and the potty training journey. Little ones learn about the different body parts, what a potty is used for, and how to talk about potty-related issues with parents. Kids can watch the entire story sequentially, or jump to various sections and sign along with the characters.

Wow, this is a cool list indeed. Fish School has got to be my favorite, mainly because I haven’t yet tried most of the other ones mentioned here. My toddler is very hard to please, but surprisingly I’ve found that he likes puzzles of all apps. One of the best actually is Woozzle ( https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/free-toddler-puzzle-woozzle/id514617947?mt=8 ). An added bonus is that it’s free and provided plenty of puzzles.
